Lita is a French company created in 2014 whose mission is to make accessible to all investment in companies that carry sustainable social and ecological innovations, where profitability and impact logics are complementary. Everything happens online, the platform is intuitive and its activity is very regulated: the platform recognized and approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

Lita offers you to invest in Fronterra shares. In order to be able to carry out the fundraising on its platform, Lita's teams carried out a comprehensive and demanding audit of the financial situation, the development plan and the environmental and social impact, then a committee validated our file.

Registration is completely free. The investment is open to any uninitiated person and the Lita team is at your disposal to accompany you. You can register with a simple email to discover Fronterra at your own pace. Be aware, however, that a completed profile gives you access to more information about the platform (detailed measurement of the company's social impact, analysis file carried out by the Lita team, etc.).

To access company data and be able to invest, in accordance with the regulations in force defined by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, you must first complete your investor profile. The main information to be provided is as follows:

1. Your identity

2. Your investment preferences and interests

3. Your situation and your investment or non-investment experiences

Your identity and place of residence by downloading the requested documents (proof of identity and address)

Lita undertakes to keep investor information confidential and not to use or disclose any information for purposes other than the proper performance of its mission. Lita is bound by professional secrecy. However, Lita may communicate some of this information to administrative authorities or regulatory bodies at their request. In this case, Lita will notify the investor of any possible request as soon as possible.

Lita collaborates with a partner with the status of a banking institution and approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers: MangoPay, a subsidiary of Leetchi. The amounts collected are blocked in a receiver account during the fundraising and are only transferred to the company's capital increase account when the transaction is finalized.

The entire investment process takes place online on Lita. You can invest directly (in capital or debt) in the company you have selected, in a simple and secure way. Once your investor profile is completed, all you have to do is follow these steps:

Analyze the proposed companies by consulting the documents available on the website (project sheet, analysis file, etc.).

Choose the company you want to invest in.

Read and accept the subscription conditions (detailed in the "FICI" key investment information sheet).

Electronically sign the legal documents (subscription form, shareholders' agreement if applicable). The Lita team is at your disposal at any time to accompany you and/or answer your questions, whether by phone, online chat or e-mail.

At the close of the fundraising, you officially become an investor. All documents will remain available in your personal space.

There is a withdrawal period for inexperienced investors: once your investment has been made (signature of the electronic form and transfer of funds to Lita), you have a period of 4 days to retract, in which case Lita will refund you in full (including fees).

If the minimum target is not reached by the end of the fundraising period, Lita and the company may decide to extend the fundraising campaign, in compliance with the legal framework. Otherwise, Lita undertakes to reimburse all funds paid (including subscription fees) to all investors.

Lita applies a commission only at the time of subscription. This commission is degressive, ranging from 3% to 1%, depending on the amount invested. It covers the costs of electronic signature, secure payment, file management and representation to the company to defend the interests of investors. No, there are no other fees for the duration of your investment, nor at the time of exit.
